What is it?

The Eclipse Cross sits between ASX and Outlander in Mitsubishi's Australian range. A 1.5L turbocharged four produces 110 kW and 250 Nm, paired to a CVT with eight stepped ratios. FWD standard, Super All-Wheel Control (S-AWC) optional on Aspire and standard on Exceed. Four grades from $30,490 to $39,990 plus on-roads. The PHEV variant was discontinued in Australia at the end of 2024, so the current lineup is petrol only. Mitsubishi covers the car with the brand's 5-year warranty extended to 10 years if you service inside the dealer network.

The lineup runs from ES at $30,490 plus on-roads, through to Exceed S-AWC at $39,990 plus on-roads. Warranty cover sits at 10 years, 200,000 km (conditional on Mitsubishi servicing).

Interior and Technology

10-year conditional warranty when serviced inside the Mitsubishi network, the longest in the segment alongside the brand's other models. Super All-Wheel Control on Aspire and Exceed adds active yaw control torque vectoring not found on Korean rivals at the price.

ANCAP rating dates to the 2017 protocol and is due for retesting. PHEV variant was discontinued in Australia at the end of 2024, so the range is petrol only. 405 L boot trails Kia Seltos and Hyundai Kona by 30 to 50 L.
