What is it?

The LandCruiser 300 is Toyota's full-size body-on-frame flagship 4WD, replacing the 200 Series in 2021. TNGA-F ladder platform, full-time 4WD with low-range and locking diffs, V6 twin-turbo diesel or V6 twin-turbo petrol on the GR Sport.

The lineup runs from GX V6 TD at $99,557 plus on-roads, through to GR Sport V6 Petrol at $144,791 plus on-roads. Warranty cover sits at 5 years, unlimited km.

Interior and Technology

Most capable mainstream 4WD on sale. Full ladder chassis with diff locks, 3,500 kg braked tow across every grade including the V6 petrol GR Sport, and resale value is the strongest in the segment.

No hybrid or electrified option in Australia despite a global LC300 hybrid existing. GX 9-inch screen feels small in a $100,000 vehicle, and wait lists remain long.
