Subaru has put its whole Australian range on drive-away pricing, and the clock is now the story. The campaign ends on October 31, 2026, and the standout is the Forester Hybrid at $46,990 drive-away, about $5,000 off the usual price.
A family SUV with a deadline
The drive-away deal runs across the range, with the Impreza from $36,490 drive-away and the Crosstrek AWD 2.0L at $38,990, but the Forester Hybrid is the pick for most families. It pairs a 2.5 litre boxer petrol engine with an electric motor for 145kW combined and a claimed 6.2L/100km, so it sips fuel like a Toyota RAV4 while keeping Subaru's full time all wheel drive. The current Subaru Forester is a practical medium SUV that buyers cross-shop against the RAV4, Tucson, Sportage and CX-5.
Cartell Assessment
If a Forester was already on your list, this is a clean reason to act this month rather than next. The offer was first announced in August, so it is the approaching deadline, not a fresh cut, that makes it news.
AU Outlook
Expect more hard dated drive-away deals from mainstream brands through spring as stock is cleared before the end of year run.
