CarTell take

We haven't driven the Vistiq yet. On paper, confirm a delivery date with Cadillac, as local deliveries were due in the October to December 2026 window. Ask whether five years of free servicing applies, which was not confirmed for Vistiq. Check that the third row seat fix from the US recall has been applied before handover.

Why consider it

  • On paper it is a lot of three row EV for the money: 459kW, 0 to 100km/h in 4.2 seconds, air suspension, rear steer, six seats with captain's chairs, and it undercuts the EV9 GT-Line, Ioniq 9 and EX90.

What to know

  • Australia gets the 91kWh European battery, not the US car's 102kWh, so DC charging drops to 130kW and WLTP range is 461km, ordinary for a 5.2m, three row family hauler.

Who it suits

Families who want a six seat luxury EV with serious performance and a big standard equipment list, and who can charge at home.
