What is it?

The SF90 Stradale is Ferrari's first plug-in hybrid, first AWD sports car and the road-going halo above the 296 line. A 4.0L twin-turbo V8 drives the rear axle through an 8-speed dual-clutch, joined by one rear motor and two independent front motors for 735 kW and 800 Nm combined. A 7.9 kWh battery delivers up to 25 km WLTP EV range. Two bodies for Australia: SF90 Stradale coupe and the 14-second folding-hardtop SF90 Spider, with the Assetto Fiorano pack the answer for track-focused buyers.

The lineup runs from SF90 Stradale at $846,000 plus on-roads, through to SF90 Spider at $924,000 plus on-roads. Warranty cover sits at 3 years, unlimited km.

Interior and Technology

735 kW combined makes this the most powerful series-production Ferrari, with 2.5 seconds to 100 km/h via all-wheel drive launch traction. 25 km of pure EV range covers city driving in silence. Spider folding hardtop drops in 14 seconds with only a 100 kg weight penalty. Fiorano lap time matches the LaFerrari hypercar.

Pricing is ex-works, on-road and options can push real-world drive-away past $1 million. Allocations are limited, dealer ballot rules apply for AU buyers. Capacitive steering controls take time to learn and are easy to brush by accident. Successor is rumoured for 2027.
