The U9 EV is the electric version of MG's U9 dual cab, with dual motors making 325 kW and 700 Nm, a 102.2 kWh battery, a claimed 430 km WLTP range and a 3,500 kg tow rating.
We haven't driven the U9 EV yet. On paper, confirm the final Australian spec and warranty, as MG still shows an overseas model. Work out your real range when towing, and check where fast chargers sit on your usual routes.
Buyers who use a dual cab as the family car, can charge at home, and want electric running costs with a full 3,500 kg tow rating.
