CarTell take

We haven't driven the Master yet. On paper, packs cost extra: Trade Pack $800, Business Pack $1,000, Business plus Trade $1,500. Climate control, keyless entry and the fold-down work table are in packs, not standard. The E-Tech carries a 3,500 kg GVM, so payload drops to 1,084 to 1,164 kg. Service intervals are 12 months or 30,000 km.

Why consider it

  • Big payload for the price, plus the E-Tech's 409 km claimed range.

What to know

  • Front drive only and 2,000 kg braked towing across the range.

Who it suits

Couriers and trades who need forklift access (side door wide enough for a pallet and 270 degree barn doors), and fleets wanting a long-range electric large van.
