What is it?

The GR Yaris is a homologation special turned production hot hatch, built on its own line at Toyota's Motomachi plant. MY26 facelift adds 200 kW, an 8-speed Gazoo Racing Direct Automatic option, and a redesigned cabin. GR-Four AWD standard, Rallye grade adds forged BBS wheels and a Torsen front diff.

The lineup runs from GTS (manual) at $60,990 plus on-roads, through to Rallye (auto) at $69,490 plus on-roads. Warranty cover sits at 5 years, unlimited km.

Interior and Technology

Rally homologation tech in a road car, built on a dedicated line. GR-Four AWD with manual rear-bias mode, 200 kW from a three-cylinder, eight-speed auto now offered alongside the manual.

174 L boot is smaller than a standard Yaris. $60,990 starting price is above hot hatch rivals that out-power it. No ANCAP rating because Toyota does not submit limited-production models.
