Hyundai has sharpened the entry price on its smallest SUV, with the Hyundai Venue now advertised from $25,990 drive-away for the six-speed manual and $27,990 drive-away for the automatic.

The offer

The drive-away pricing applies to new stock vehicles bought and delivered between 1 July and 30 September 2026, while stocks last, and excludes government, fleet and rental buyers. At $25,990 drive-away the Venue is one of the cheaper ways into a new SUV with a factory warranty, undercutting much of the light and small SUV field once on-road costs are counted.

Cartell Assessment

The Venue is not the roomiest small SUV, but it is easy to park, cheap to run and covers the basics well. A drive-away deal with a hard end date is Hyundai making sure runout stock clears before the quarter closes.

AU Outlook

With the offer tied to a 30 September cutoff, this is a this-month decision. Buyers cross-shopping the MG ZS and Chery Tiggo 4 should factor the drive-away saving into the sums.
