What is it?
The Outlander PHEV is the only seven-seat plug-in hybrid on sale in Australia under $70,000. A 2.4L Atkinson petrol pairs with two electric motors for permanent electric AWD, with 22.7 kWh of battery and 84 km of NEDC EV range.
The lineup runs from Aspire at $58,490 plus on-roads, through to Exceed Tourer at $66,690 plus on-roads. Warranty cover sits at 10 years, 200,000 km (conditional on Mitsubishi servicing).
